We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.

Because Pillow & Steam is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • opened items
  • change of mind
  • taste preference
  • perceived effects or individual results

This is standard practice across all ingestible wellness and food-based brands and ensures the safety and integrity of every pouch we ship.
